Spine Success
Throughout our lives we experience pain that in some way is directly tied to our spinal function.
Our spinal cord is the central core of our nervous system and the nerve fibers that make it up control the movements and functions in our body. Our muscles and bones need these nerve fibers to be functioning properly so that our posture, movement, strength, and balance are well coordinated. Staying active is of supreme importance to maintain spinal health.
When lack of activity is present your body will lose the energy needed to control the human body. Keeping active maintains and increases this ability to work properly. Not only can you become physically injured due to a lack of activity, but your mental focus can also suffer and become diminished. You can become unproductive and fall into a downward spiral of energy loss. Eventually this will cause major problems with your body and affect your general heal. It can also cause you to feel physically exhausted often and ultimately decrease your life span or quality of life.

Dr. Berry,
I would like to thank you for showing concern for a new client. I came to your office last Thursday and your putting concern for me instead of your business SAVED MY LIFE. You arranged for me to get an EKG prior to the chiropractic visit, and that set a series of events in motion that led to having a 100% blockage in my artery removed that same day. If I had delayed (or not followed through with your instructions) I might not be here today. I want to thank you for having that concern and wait until I get back into your office and thank you personally. Again, thanks. TOM St. Augustine, FL
